A brown blanket, no matter what size, king, queen, full or twin, can be a subtle way to shift the focus from a decor that is somewhat bland in the color department. Light muted tones like tan, grey, off-white and beige can make a bedroom look peaceful and almost zen like, yet sometimes you may just want to add a darker tone to create a slight contrast in mood. There’s no law that states your bedroom must be color coordinated all the time.

Green blanket

A green blanket can make quite an impact on the decor of a bedroom, but it all depends on what shade of green you choose. A bright green will pop and lighten up the room, giving it a modern touch. A darker, more earthy green will help warm up the room and get across a feeling of comfort. A light green blanket with some pink touches elsewhere in the room is perfect for a girl’s room.
